Availability
I am available practically 24 / 7 solely because it is my policy to work when and as long as I can on each project. You can always find out if I am available for your assignment by contacting me.

Volume
I can deliver up to 3000 translated words, which is about 10 A4 pages, and proofread about 10000 words a day. All hourly assignments are normally handled up to 8 hours a day.
Urgent assignments requiring a higher workload may be charged at a higher rate depending on the total volume of translation, duration of the project and the amount of extra workload.

Work Process
Before I accept any assignment, I have to look at the text/materials you want translated in order to be sure that I am able to provide a high quality translation, because I am familiar with the subject, types of services required and able to complete the assignment by the agreed deadline. Translations of more than 3000 words per day can be accomodiated either by working overtime (only if this ensures optimum quality) or by gathering a team of colleagues, for whom I serve as final proofreader providing for quality assurance, terminology management and ensuring the final delivery in accordance with your requirements.

Delivery
Delivery of assignment, any supporting materials and the final translation can be made by e-mail, fax, courier, ftp, etc. in any format.

Formats
As I am often provided with source materials in a variety of formats, I have already acquired the necessary software to handle practically any kind of format translation. Currently I am able to provide translations requiring the following software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe PageMaker, Quark XPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat Writer, Macromedia Homesite, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc.
